Great Smoky Mountains National Park

Located less than a half mile from our hotels, there are numerous exhibits for you to explore, including the lush and colorful Tropical Rainforest, Indo-Pacific Coral Reef, Touch-a-Ray Bay, Penguin Playhouse, and the largest and most popular exhibit – Shark Lagoon. The Sea-For-Yourself Discovery Center is a kid’s paradise, offering unique educational programs on the ocean environment and marine life as well as hands-on exhibits with live horseshoe crabs.
Ober Gatlinburg Ski Area & Amusement Park
Hit the slopes for a day of exhilarating fun and excitement at Ober Gatlinburg Ski Area & Amusement Park, less than a half mile from our hotels. Ober Gatlinburg offers four seasons of fun, with activities like skiing, snowboarding, tubing, ice skating, and outdoor activities, which include an alpine slide and wildlife encounter. For the best view of the Smoky Mountains, be sure to take a ride on the Aerial Tramway, which departs regularly from downtown Gatlinburg up to the summit.
